Q: Can the MVIC system be a stand-alone video conferencing system?

 A: Yes, MVIC can be a stand alone H.320/H.323 system or connect to your existing video conferencing system.

 Q: Will the MVIC system work with our organizations video conferencing system?

 A: Yes, MVIC will connect to any video conferencing system worldwide because it is standards H.320/H.323 compliant. You can directly dial any ISDN, IP endpoint or bridge from the MVIC.

 Q: Does the MVIC audio system support large video conferences?

 A: Yes, MVIC integrated high power audio amplifier provides the correct audio output level for one person to a large group.  MVIC wired digital microphone supports small groups but can be expanded for large groups via a second optional digital microphone. When total wireless freedom is needed an optional wireless UHF lavlier/head microphone is available.

 Q: Does MVIC support automatic camera positioning?

 A: Yes, MVIC also supports voice activated camera positioning for total wireless freedom.

 Q: What manufacturers are supported on the MVIC system ?

 A: CIT provides Polycom or Tandberg video conferencing systems for the highest quality video and audio possible.

 Q: What is the wireless operational range of the MVIC system indoors and outdoors? 

 A: The standard wireless operation can extend outdoors from 1000 to 2500 feet.* With the optional outdoor configurations the range can extend to multiple miles through CIT’s exclusive design. The indoors standard range is 300 to 800 feet. With CIT’s optional repeaters you can roam anywhere within or outside of your facility. 

 Q: Can the MVIC system wireless connect to a existing bridged video conferencing system?

 A: Yes, Polycom and Tandberg video conferencing systems that include bridging capabilities; can wirelessly bridge the MVIC system as well as other H.320 ISDN/ H.323 IP endpoints concurrently.

  Q: Will the MVIC system wireless communicate from the outside of a facility to the inside of a facility?

 A: MVIC can penetrate concrete walls and steel doors with ease! CIT prides itself on designing the most reliable wireless video conferencing systems. You have to C IT TO Believe IT!!!

  Q: Dose the video/audio quality change appreciatively while moving the MVIC system.

 A: No, The video image or audio quality does not change appreciatively while moving the MVIC system. The far end participants do not get seasick when the system is moved.  The picture does not change color or hue or go to a complete blanking of the video picture.

 Q: Does the MVIC system provide the return video?

 A: The integrated 6.8” LCD video monitor provides a very bright and sharp return video image along with the local Picture-In-Picture (PIP) video image.

 Q: Can you dial the video conferencing end point or bridge directly from the MVIC system?

 A: Yes, MVIC allows you to directly dial a H.320 ISDN or H.323 IP video call with ease! 

 Q: Can you connect one or two large video monitors (32-26 Inch) or video projectors to the MVIC system?

 A: Yes, simply connect the supplied cable or cables to the video monitors or projection system.

 Q: How easy is it to use the MVIC system?

 A: The MVIC system is very intuitive to use. The average non-video conferencing user can learn the basic functions in a mater of 5 minutes or less.

 Q: What are the power requirements?

 A: The system can be operated from a standard 120Vac power outlet or you can make use of the self-contained rechargeable power system, which can operate for 2-3 hours. Options are available for longer battery life.
